Ghana on Monday 11th May 2020, will have all its borders opened after its closure on Monday 23rd March 2020.
This was among the many measures taken by the President of Ghana, H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to help curb the spread of the coronavirus.
On March 21st March 2020, the President of the Republic of Ghana announced the closure of all borders, which commenced on Monday, 23rd March 2020. The borders of Ghana, that’s airports and border roads have since been closed.
Government has now decided to open the borders, not for long, but for a short period, to allow all importers to have their good cleared and other many other major Government’s initiatives done.
We are not that sure, but after its open, it might again be closed in a week time.
